[GUIDE] VIEW AND FEEDBACK SUPPORT REQUESTS

We would like to instruct you on how to VIEW and FEEDBACK requests so you can understand and operate easily.

- Step 1: After you have sent the request, select REQUEST SENT to track previously sent requests.

- Step 2: The system will display the REQUESTS you have previously sent. Click on the REQUEST you sent to see our response, you can chat with us about your REQUES.

Note: Feedback from the customer service department includes the following items:

- Processing: The Customer Service Department has received your request and is processing it, please wait for the results.

- Closed: Your request has been fully supported or answered by the Customer Service department.

In case you intentionally send too many requests with the same content, affecting the support process, the Management Board will temporarily lock your account to warn you depending on the severity of the violation.
